Traditional Methods
At Mughal Darbar, we reject the shortcuts of modern machinery. Our breads are hand-stretched and fired in clay tandoors, and our slow-cooked curries simmer for hours in traditional copper vessels (Degs) to achieve a depth of flavor that time alone can create.
